Welcome to La-Venjal Vendor (“the App”), operated by Bhuvij Nourishments Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

1.1. Your organization must be legally registered with the appropriate authorities in your jurisdiction to use the App.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must take necessary precautions to restrict unauthorized access to your device and account.

1.3. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the App or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2.1. The App allows you to accept food and beverage orders from customers via the La- Venjal App. Once an order is accepted for delivery, it becomes your responsibility to ensure timely and proper delivery to the customer’s address within the stipulated time frame. All orders are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2. Payments for successfully delivered orders are processed securely by us, and remittances are made to your account within the agreed-upon timeframe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

2.3. Delivery charges, as agreed upon during sign-up, may be subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. Any applicable taxes will be deducted as per legal requirements.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.

5.1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any products or services obtained through the App.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:

• Your use of the App.
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Infringement of any third-party rights.

7.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the App or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
